Robby Young’s Hearing Aid Center is located on Hwy 111. We are directly across from Palm Desert Ace, in between Portola Ave and El Paseo. We have signs and parking in both the front and back of the office. Our back entrance has a handicap ramp.

What to Expect at Your Appointment
It is our goal to make you feel comfortable and heard. At your first appointment we’ll guide you through a series of steps to understand your hearing needs.
Personal Discussion:
We’ll start with a brief conversation about your hearing concerns and lifestyle. This will help us personalize your care.
Ear Exam:
Next, we’ll conduct an ear exam using a tool called an otoscope. This allows us to check for any visible issues, such as wax build-up that could affect your hearing.
Hearing Exam:
We will perform a test to determine if you could be helped by hearing aids. This measures your hearing ability at different frequencies and volumes.
Results:
Once we have your results, we’ll review them with you in detail and discuss potential solutions.
